Our Refund Policy has terms and conditions that apply like any online purchase. By purchasing a course with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: For Self-Paced Learning

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 days of your course purchase. However, the money-back guarantee is void if you’ve accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded any E-Book. Requests made beyond 3 days will not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund?

To initiate a refund or cancellation, contact us at admission@digitalictacademy.com with your email address and order number, if applicable.

Issuing Refunds?

If a cancellation or refund is due under these terms, we will process it within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
